Summer 2008 Anime

Hmm, there are some good serials of anime that is starting to be aired this summer. Three serials that I was anticipating are Zero no Tsukaima 3, Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto : Natsu no Sora, and Blade of The Immortal.
Zero no Tsukaima 3’s story starts as slow as the previous season’s, I hope it gets better. For those waiting for the subbed version, rejoice, it seems that SS-Eclipse is taking this serial as their new project. They already released 2 episodes this week, with two version, the HQ (x264 1280×720) and the SD one (I remember there was a time when 640×480 is considered as HQ…).
Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto : Natsu no Sora, the opening OST is nice, some of the BGM are also good, I guess that’s expected of Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto. I got the same feeling as watching Someday’s Dreamer when watching Natsu no Sora. Although I feel that there’s something a little bit different. I just watched one episode so there’s not much I can say about the story, all I can say is that the main character is Sora and the story is not clear yet ( I think I need to find the manga…). The group fansubbing this anime, as far as I know, are Rumi and AnY-Conclave.
Blade of the Immortal, the manga is a must read, you’ll get a different feeling reading this manga compared to other manga. Although the anime is little bit of a let down (at least from the first episode), it is still nice to have one of my favorite manga to be adapted to anime. The group fansubbing is KSN, this group also fansubbing Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn. Although, for KHR I think the SHS-FoSu version is more popular.
